A three-phase electric motor system powers the electric rotary crane. The lifting motor drives the winch to wind and unwind the steel wire rope, achieving vertical load lifting and lowering. The slewing motor drives the slewing bearing through a reduction gearbox, realizing 360° free rotation of the boom and load. The telescopic or luffing motor adjusts the boom’s working radius and height to meet different operating ranges. The electrical control system integrates limit switches, overload protection, and phase sequence protection to ensure stable and safe movement. Operators control lifting, slewing, and telescoping through a wired pendant or wireless remote, achieving flexible and precise load positioning.
