3. Working Principle

The electric chain hoist converts electrical energy into mechanical torque through a three-phase or single-phase motor. When activated, the motor drives the gear reduction system to rotate the chain wheel, which winds or unwinds the Grade 80 alloy load chain to lift or lower the hook assembly. A built-in fail-safe brake automatically locks the load when power is off or the control is released, preventing slippage. Upper and lower limit switches cut off power automatically to avoid over-travel. The hoist is operated via a pendant control or wireless remote, allowing precise and safe control of lifting and travelling movements.
