3. Working Principle


The single beam tyre crane operates based on the coordinated work of four core systems: the lifting system, hydraulic system, walking system, and electrical control system, ensuring stable and precise operation.

Lifting System: The core component is an electric or hydraulic hoist mounted on the single main beam. The hoist drives the steel wire rope or chain to lift and lower loads, with a trolley that moves along the main beam to adjust the horizontal position of the load, enabling full coverage of the working area.

Hydraulic System: Responsible for power transmission for walking and steering. It adopts a closed-loop hydraulic circuit for high transmission efficiency and low failure rate, driving the rubber tyre walking mechanism to achieve smooth movement and infinite speed regulation, adapting to different working conditions.

Walking System: Supported by heavy-duty rubber tyres, it can move freely without fixed tracks. The hydraulic steering system allows flexible steering (including 90° right-angle steering) and a small turning radius, enabling easy navigation in narrow spaces. Electrical Control System: Coordinates all operations, supporting multiple control modes (pendant control, wireless remote control, and cab operation).
